A good quality 500+ watt unit will do fine.

Check the PSU tier list in my signature and try to get something from tier 3 and up.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.

I've been meaning to ask, why is the ZT series so low on the list?

It's voltage regulation in 2017 is pretty bad. Was decent in it's day, probably worth buying used, not a super great PSU though. It also apparently doesn't handle heat well according to JG.

I didn't see anything about bad heat tolerance in the JG review(it got a 9). I still think it should be tier 4.

Looking at Jonny's review, I wouldn't say its bad. 2% load regulation on the 12V is good ( of course, not to many high-end units level but still good) and the minor rail was taxed quite a bit harder than what Jeremy does in his test. For example, Jonny load the OCZ 750w minors rails to 20.5A each, while Jeremy load the Bitfenix Whisper M 750w to 7A each.

I believe I looked at the 650W at the time of writing that. It wouldn't surprise me if this was another case of "Some models, more likely higher-wattage and higher-cost versions, will perform better."

Might move it up a tier, might move certain ones up and have others stay - I'll have to look.
