With windows 10 (as far as I know) binds it's key to the cpu and mobo so you may run into complications...

I have never had a problem. Done it dozens of times between my desktop and laptops.

Thank you, could I install new drivers with the old drivers already on the hardrive?

The new drivers should do the job of removing the old, but just to be safe remove the old drivers first. Why, might I ask, don't you just download an image of windows 10 from the microsoft website here ? you then put it on a usb drive and when you log into your microsoft account it recognizes that you have a legit copy of windows.

you need a need a new  key for a new system. You can often re use the old key though

It should work, but id just reinstall.

Whas the specs of the hardware?

Specs dont really matter, I have reused an AMD drive in an Intel PC..What i mean to say is a drive with AMD drivers on it.... What he needs to do is download a USB image of windows 10
