Ergonomic shit to improve posture

Anyone here have any recommendations for office furniture that won't break the bank (my work budget has almost been exhausted replacing my pc) but will improve my posture (i have forward slouching neck issues from staring at an IDE for 10 hours a day) and any other tips to improve posture??? Trying not to get carpal tunnel here

Seat cushions and stuff like that, may seem uncomfortable but it will help.

 

See a chiropractor - one time seeing a chiropractor will help so much.

little bit out of my budget - what do vets use as an ergonomic chair down in florida? An alligator?

already have the most ergonomic mice and keyboard possible - looking for chairs or other furniture

chiropractors feel nice for a day but don't correct my posture permanently;(

I've been meaning to try one of those vertical mice, but for now I just make sure to keep my wrist from being on the desk when at the computer to avoid carpal tunnel.

i don't use vertical mouse - i need the macro buttons for programming  i just try to put a wrist rest under my mousepad

As far as I know it's just best to put no pressure on the wrist so I'm not a huge fan of wrist rests.
