Can I disable EIS (not OIS) in this smartphone?

I'm planning on getting the OnePlus 3 (non-T) and I found out it has OIS and EIS. I also dug around and found out that EIS actually makes videos look jelly-like and OIS itself is good enough. So, is there a way to disable the EIS in the OnePlus 3 (Or any smartphone for that matter)? Thanks! :)
