PayPal has been having some issues today. Can you send me a PM with the transaction IDs of the two transactions that you appear to have made, and I will refund those. You should be able to try subscribing again, and it should work this time - it looks like PP has fixed it now.

This applies to anybody else who is having the same issue.

Same thing is happening for me. PayPal has deducted the $2.99 from my bank, but I don't have access to it.

Sent ya a PM, I called paypal about this 5 hours ago and they put a ticket in, looks like they fixed it from my report.

I tried cancelling the first order and trying it again. Still the same problem, but I haven't gotten a refund from the first order either.

If you haven't already, please send me a PM including your PayPal transaction ID, and I will get it refunded for you.

This was just brought to my attention. PayPal customer service is closed for the day, so there is not much we can do for the moment, but we will be trying to sort it out tomorrow.

 

If, for whatever reason, your money was taken from your account and you still don't have a 'Floatplane Pilot' badge here, please email info@floatplaneclub.com and we'll get it sorted out as quickly as we can.

 

Please include the following: Your name, your forum username, your paypal email address, a description of the issue you're having.

 

Please note we don't have like.. dedicated support staff or anything yest, so please bear with us while we try to figure out what's going on..
