Ethernet problem Fix please help

I've been searching for 7 hours straight trying to find a guide / Tips on how to fix this "Unidentified Internet" Under it it says unlimited on windows 8, i tryed everything renew ip, disconnect reconnect, reinstall, i even reinstalled my windows back over again, i uninstalled the drivers i tryed everything but none of them works please help it's driving me crazy

i have that also, but it works (the internet connection works)

OS Is Windows 8.1, I don't think you need my specs

Most likely culprit if it's a new system or install IMO is the network being set as public. Can't remember for windows 8 what the procedure is... just google "change network from public to private windows 8".

It's either that or you don't have your ethernet drivers installed... 2 most likely problems on new network in my experience of dealing with them.

Not working also, it doesnt let me change it from public to private idk how, it's driving me insane, i searched around for 12 hours now none of them works
