This message usually indicates a hardware driver incompatibility, or a corrupt installation. Did you just install a fresh copy of Windows? If so, where did you get the installer from?

That looks like loading screen for laptop or prebuild. Are you trying to install Win10 over some previous version of Windows? Did anything odd happen during install process? You migght need to wipe HDD or go through OEM reset process (if partition is still there).

Ok, well, time to run installer again. Something has clearly went wrong during install. Did it ask for drivers?

Clear CMOS, boot into BIOS, set USB as first device, disable fast boot. That should give you screen where it asks about booting for USB. If you can't get to BIOS, remove OS drive and connect it later back, maybe to another connector if possible.

As an FYI:

if you install windows 10 under EUFI and leave your BIOS's "smart start" or "quick start" or "logo start" depending on the board enabled, it will replace the windows logo with the motherboard logo and boot like that. it's normal behaviour and actually makes boot times incredibly fast (as it doesn't load through the whole bios).

Currently got my windows 10 boot time (from power switch to desktop) to 4 seconds using only EUFI this way

But that would explain the way the display is here.

as for OP:

you're likely going to need to reinstall windows. you'll likely have to press the key to get boot menu (f12 on some boards)

Shows about my knowledge on Win10. I only have it on laptop.
