pc turns on but no display output

pochie45566

I turn on my pc, monitor comes out of standby, but gives no signal, and then it wont boot. It acts like it has booted but i get no signal. This happens if or if i dont have a gpu in in.

Does your motherboard have a debug code LED on it?
