how hot can my can get

hi all i have an zotac gtx 1080 and i was play project cars for about 15 min and i see my temps get  to 77c and 99  load it that ok or is it to high

77c is okay, you can adjust your fan curve if you want it to be cooler.  I assume you mean 99% load, not 99c.

oh yeah lol i was told it was one of the best for keeping cool how can i get cooler and how hot is to hot

I would say as long as you're under 80-85C you're good, but like @Megah3rtz said, you can adjust the curve so it starts cooling at 60C.

Download Msi Afterburner, go on settings, there will be a tab for cooling curve, edit it at your liking.
