It's gameplay trailer, so that means show off what you can do in the game as cool as you can. We already know Ryse looks good and the graphics are similar, so I don't see why they can't do this.

the only problem is that they mad the "not actual game play" white it only popped up for a moment, blended in to everything and was designed so that watchers would think this is game play because that is what is in the title.

Its fine. According to the advertising standards authority (UK) you only have to give consumers a taste of what is being sold. Besides, its declared clearly.

I find it hilarious looking at American Pharmaceutical adverts for some kind of contraceptive drug and basically, it listed the side effects for about 10 seconds. Why would anyone buy a pill which could put blood in your urine and give you many migraines on an hourly basis. Why do they even advertise if its only going to put people off buying?
