"Recommended" will not bring you max settings.
Don't you need a very overpowered PC to be able to play h1z1 on max? I thought I've read that this game is intense on the system

My Setup:
CPU: i7 4790 @3800 MHz, MB: MSI H87-G41, Grafik: Gigabyte GTX 1080TI, RAM: 2x 8GB DDR3 (1600), Storage: Samsung SSD 850 Evo

It is called money management, he will be playing this and minecraft first without any mentioning of triple aaa, the recommended requirements are a best starting point for him since he hasn't said anything else such as budget, his current system, his resolution etc... I also have the feeling he needs something cheap so getting i7's and High end Pascals should be out of the question either ways.

See? you already have a good enough processor and memory, what you need is a good and new Graphics card, I advise you taking these informations and start a new topic on the correct Graphics Cards section down the main menu so people can help you choosing the best one for your budget limitations.

Lets hope so. Why not post full specs. Budget PCs have nasty habit of containing budget PSUs.

I see you aren't that much into PCs. Hobbyists can remember their main rigs fulls specs in their sleep. And most will remember full or almost full specs of all machines they own.

Without knowing your PSU, GTX1050. But if you have solid PSU, you can go for RX 480 or previous gen cards. CPU shouldn't be bottleneck for midrange cards.

Open side panel and see what reads in label. Or if its prebuild, check what product page says. Or ask folks who are repairing it to tell you.
