Best budget PC under 300$

Hi guys I'm living in India so tell me the best part and good quality I'm needing a pc because in my old PC have a Intel Pentium 4 Asus p5rd1 mobo 1gig ddr2 ram 140gig HDD this my rig tell me what to do I don't have lots of money because I'm only 15 year's old help me I'm getting all parts in April

Wait a bit, since you say that you want to build a new pc in april. There will be new stuff out.

Stop talking in US dollars if you live in India. You'll pay $450-500 in India for parts worth $300-350 in the US. It's stupid to think that prices will translate equally to a third-world country where Haswell and Maxwell are still sold at above full retail price, and anything newer is a hell of a lot more expensive.

 

Shop used. If you can't, see if you can get someone to bring you these parts from the US. It should all fit in one large suitcase. Buy the case in India.
