Will this PSU run my system without problems?

Go to solution Solved by Freaky_spider,

nerds? but yes that will do the trick

Salutations nerds!

I'm soon getting a new PSU, and I found a pretty decent one for the price etc.

The PSU I'm getting is a: XFX Proseries XXX Edition 850Watt 80+ Bronze.

I'm just not sure if the PSU will run my system properly without being on full load constantly.

My current rig:

I7 2600-series 1155LGA 3.4Ghz

MSI GTX 590 3GB GDDR5 ( Dual GPU )

Intel DP67DE motherboard

Kingston Hyperx 16Gb DDR3 800Mhz

Intel 520 series 120Gb SSD

Seagate Barracude 1 TB HDD

A Energon 1000Watt PSU

( The reason why I want to upgrade PSU is because the one I currently have doesn't have Molex that most moderen PSU has, as I want some lights & fan controll in my Rig :I. )

Hope y'all can put some fine words in for my choice of PSU, or perhaps recommend another one that is better & cheaper?

Regards, Eladarian.

850 watt is enough

but since u need molex then  go buy another 850 watt psu

1000 is overkill (from what i read)

also i heard energon is a not so good quality psu  ( dont quote me on that)

That's a 120$ Psu... Get this one instead: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-rm750 (750 Watts is plenty to run a 590 you could run dual Titans if you wanted to)

My Pc: Cpu: I7 4790k @ 4,8 Ghz @1,25 volts, Motherboard: Maximus VII Formula, Graphicscard: 2x Titan X @1,4 at stock voltage (soon to be replaced), Ram: 32 gb Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 Cl 9, SSD: 2x 850 Pro 1 Tb in Raid 0, 2x Samsung 840 Evo 1 tb raid 1,, PSU: Corsair HXi Series 1000W 80+ Platinum, Case: H440. Soon to be watercooled again, maybe, probably, the Titans are too loud.

The Corsair RM750Watt is even more expensive than 120$? I think I'll go with the XFX, as it has all what I need, and is less expensive than the Corsair RM750.
