I broke my mouse?

I have a Corsair M65 RGB. I was just using it like any other day. I picked it up to reposition it and when I put it back down it didn't work. I didn't exactly do it gently but I didn't smack it onto the mouse pad either. The RGB lighting still works but the mouse wont move on the screen. If I move it rapidly around on the mouse pad it moves a tiny bit, but not very smooth at all. There is no light in the sensor, but I can't remember if there was before. I'm pretty sure its a laser sensor. Clicking still works.

What I've tried:

  • Different USB ports
  • Different surface
  • Different computer

It's a laser sensor, I just looked on the box.

Then, somehow the sensor broke.... If it doesn't light up, then it's dead.

I would recommend the Logitech G402, as it goes for $40 on amazon rn...

I think I'll get the G502 Spectrum.

If it is within your price range, it would be a great option!
