Memory XMP profile not loading

I have a ripjaws 5 3200oc memory on a asus z170 pro gaming motherboard with a 6600k and a zotac 1070 amp extreme with a 650W psu

As soon as i setup my rig i set the profile as xmp and it shows an error saying that overclocking failed and resets back to 2133mhz

any possible reason for this,new to building rigs,be kind

The RAM can run at 3200Mhz speed but it´s not guarented that your CPU can run it. As it says it´s an OC, specificly a OC of the memory controller. Try to put it at a lower speed, like 3000Mhz for example.

i tried even that failed

and at some frequencies even windows runs into a problem
