new or used edit rig

Hello  I was wondering at the 500 dollar price point would it make more sense to buy used parts of a used rig to upgrade like scrapyard wars or should i make a all new ryzen or kabylake build

At 500 I'd buy used parts, but honestly save up some more. 500 bucks wont get you too far, depending on what youre trying to do.

buy a new PSU, i recommend a 500 watt corsair for a gpu you can throw in a 480.
