Looks like a rip-off DX-Racer and not in a good way. Have you considered GT-Omega?

I think Azza makes some chairs like those, but if you really want the gaming look, then that seems decent. I think you could find an office chair for that $120 to be better, but it is your choice.

but the "ripoff" is half the price. $260 vs $120

Yes, and because of that the quality vs the original is going to most likely be sub-par.
