Help me find drivers for the following...

May I ask which one would I download for it? I have Windows 10 64bit but when i click it i see a lot of things

Pretty much all in the drivers tab. See the description for the driver, each thing is different i.e. audio driver, LAN driver etc. :)

The INF file is probably Intel chipset driver and the VGA should be for CPUs onboard graphics.

iGPU and chipset; monitors with software like LG Dual Smart or USB 3.0 or touch support; nope.

I feel like it's kinda vice versa situation. It really depends on how you look at it. Being very specific x layman's terms. If somebody wanted for example the iGPU driver and told you to get the MOBO drivers for him, you would probably get them all but if he said get me the ''CPU'' drivers you would grab just the iGPU/chipset drivers. See what I'm getting at ?
