I have seen the 24" version of that Samsung display, I wasn't impressed by the color, but it's still a gaming monitor so not much to expect... 144Hz is nice, it can rotate about 30 or so degrees left and 30 right.

Never seen the Asus one, but if it is anything like the other Asus gaming panels: whites will look yellow when you look from the side.

I don't care what it is or is supposed to be, I still wasn't impressed by the colors :P

Colors are a little washed out and white-ish.

Nothing deal breaking when looking right in front of it or when gaming, but I'm not gonna tell you it has the best viewing angles: because it doesn't.

I can still recommend the Samsung display for gaming. It's about the best deal out there for a full HD 144Hz panel. The on screen menu is kinda 'bleh', but I can't recall any monitor that has a good one.

The curve is very nice, 27" is good. I can recommend it for gaming.

if you want a solid option for 1080p 144hz, the viewsonic XG2401 is one of the best in class.

It is TN, but still one of the best

Also, 1080p on a 27" is horrible, I returned my first 27" full HD Samsung monitor after the first day of use.

CPU: Ryzen 2 2700@ 4.0Ghz    Mobo: Gigabyte X470 Gaming 7 Wifi    Cooler: EVGA CLC 240    GPU: GTX1080 FTW DT @ 2113Mhz   PSU: EVGA 750W P2

Case: Fractal Design Meshify C   Displays: 34" LG34UC79G, 24" Dell
