It is totally safe to recommend a 1080p 60Hz monitor or 1440p 60Hz (unlikely but these are the only options for tge budget)

Connection200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi

LP 16gb, GPU - MSI GTX 1060, PSU - CXM 600, Storage - Evo 840 120gb, MX100 256gb, WD Blue 1TB, Cooler - Hyper Evo 212, Case - Corsair Carbide 200R, Monitor - Benq  XL2430T 144Hz, Mouse - FinalMouse, Keyboard -K70 RGB, OS - Win 10, Audio - DT990 Pro, Phone - iPhone SE

Then you either go by a 4k Monitor (ideally with G-Sync), or a Dell S2417dg (24") or Dell S2716dg (27"), which come with 1440p and 144+ Hz and G-Sync.

Both would fit good to a GTX 1080, but 1440p + 144 Hz would fit better.

But also depends on what kind of games you want to play. Fast games like shooters benefit from 144 Hz alot.

Slower games like RTS, Simulations, slower RPGs (Bethesda games, Witcher 3) will work well on 60 Hz, but 4k Resolution.

Keep in Mind, 4k and Ultra can be VERY difficult, even for a GTX 1080.

Btw, if you didn't bought yet, change your Ram for 2400 Mhz. B250 supports 2400 Mhz, so go for that :)

Suggestion: Acer XG270HU

1440p 144hz TN monitor, one of the best in that price range, will also give you room to upgrade your gpu in the future

CPU: Ryzen 2 2700@ 4.0Ghz    Mobo: Gigabyte X470 Gaming 7 Wifi    Cooler: EVGA CLC 240    GPU: GTX1080 FTW DT @ 2113Mhz   PSU: EVGA 750W P2

Case: Fractal Design Meshify C   Displays: 34" LG34UC79G, 24" Dell
