Please help i wanna do this with my build but i have no idea how he's pulling it off he puts the stencil on i its black or whatever color he paints over it and the acrylic but when he peals if off its green how did he do that?

He just paints it in reverse order that you would normally think. He then just masks the colors he keeps and the final coat is everything else

it's painted green on the BACKSIDE of the acrylic and then stenciled on the FRONTSIDE of the acrylic and painted white.  Painting the opposite sides of the acrylic gives it the depth.  Same with the rest of that plate and the GPU backplates.  Hope that helps :D
