So I think I messed up a file on my computer some time down the line. My adobe programs wouldnt open up anymore saying missing dll msvcp120.dll and i tried reinstalling quicktime but it kept saying something about my driver so I decided to do a system restore to when it was working properly and now it wont let me do a system restore saying "the drive cannot be found" not quite sure what to do. any suggestions? I tried reinstalling visual studio a couple of times still saying the same thing about a missing driver.

Not sure how i would go about doing that. I already have a terabye and a half  worth of data on my computer.

Clean out some stuff dude.

Also use a second drive to store the data while you clean install.

Aaaaaah most of the things I have on here I pretty much need. (Keyword 'most') It would take 100's of hours to reinstall them. My internet is garbage. And I have an external HD  thats already full with 1tb. Well, those are my excuses atleast. I was hoping there would be a different way to solve this, but if its the only way...

You can't do system restore, because Windows can't find the drive (not driver) where restore point is. You can restore/repair with install media and have  your files saved. Or reinstall and save files as Windows.old.

Would just restoring it to factory settings work just as well?

Oh, that's just a missing redistributable.

Here, it's probably one of these.

Edit:

Totally missed the whole driver thing.

It says the DRIVE cannot be found?
