You can set your screen refresh rate here. You don't need to use AMD drivers at all

I mean, i would but it only goes up to 60hz and also the resolution is limited in windowsq to 1386x788

Use DDU, deinstall EVERYTHING that has to do with any AMD Drivers with that Tool (of course, boot in security mode for that).

 

Once everything is gone, do a clean Install of the latest AMD Driver for your GPU.
