Is my RAM bad?

Been having problems with unstable overclocks - a myriad of BSoDs including bad pool headers and IRQL issues, as well as just black screen then restarts.

After analysing the minidump files the thing in common across the different BSoDs appears to be an .exe (can't remember the name off the top of my head) that apparently is linked to RAM and RAM management at the core of the crashes.

So I've turned off XMP in my motherboard and set it to manual, so now the RAM is running at 2133MHz instead of its rated 2400MHz and I've had no crashes - I haven't touched any of my overclock settings for the CPU.

Should I replace this RAM? (Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 2400MHz)

Possibly? Try running each sticks  individually.

That's what I'm going to do - take advantage of Amazons awesome returns policy.
