Ok so I have a Dell Inspiron 15-7559 laptop and I wanted to know whats the cheapest, best preforming 8gb ram upgrade I could get.

Currently I have a SK hynix 8GB 2Rx8 PC3L-12800S that came with the laptop and I wanted to expand another 8gb.

Safest option is to just buy a stick the same as whats already in it.

Ram types really don't differ much. Just get one that you want, with ram you can pretty much just get the cheapest

So I am guessing you have 8gb already. If you want to search around for the matching ram to add on to your additional 8gb then go ahead but I personally would buy a new 2 8gb sticks. I have put a link to some below.
