Your PC doesn't need an upgrade really performance wise, I'd hold out for Ryzen to see what it offers, should be a 6 core/12 thread CPU at around the same price of the i7 7700K

just get like a single 21:9 3440x1440p display and call it a day, AOC has one that's only $500

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Don't buy new PSU, I have my 6700k and 1070 Strix runing on 550W and It never reaches even 350W from the wall.. (both heavily OC-ed) I would however recommend you WD Black 2TB hdd, It's great for storage, best in class. I see you only have 1.5tb combined.. Invest in MB with onboard wifi and bluetooth.. Nice setup btw, I like how you put the left monitor on the gtx 1070 box hahah

Unless your 4 cores are stressed, you wouldn't gain much from the 7700k with the amount spent on the platform. Unless you want some of that hot Netflix 4k DRM action.

With your setup, I'd focus on the less glam stuff since performance is good. Maybe add a 2TB drive for more storage (rocking the Seagate 2TB Firecuda myself). Monitor arms for your monitors will make a cleaner set up with that Nvidia box getting a rest lol.. OH, an extended mousepad would be nice, too.
