KZ ED7 impressions

I am assuming that there's exactly one person interested in this thread. Shout out to @GamerDude

 

Out of the box, these things a pretty massive for earbuds. Fortunately they're super light and they fit easy. So the comfort is good, but they feel like they're gonna fall out of my ears anytime. 

 

First impression: YES! 

 

The sound signature is just perfect for me. It's warm and smooth across the board. No harshness in the treble, no boominess in the bass. The soundstage is also excellent, just like the ED9. Vocals sound good too. But unlike the ED9, the bass and treble won't stab your ears mercilessly and make you tired. 

 

That said, I think that many people will find the sound to be dull, boring & lifeless. There's no sparkle in the treble or rumble in the bass. It's just sort of "balanced". 

 

For $6~$10, I am floored. The sound quality is just good enough'. I could use them as my daily drivers all day long'.
