What does ''Overlocking'' mean?

Overclocking basically means to run your components at a higher speed than they were meant to run at. It's like making modifications to a car to make it drive faster. It can improve performance but the cost is more heat and power consumption and there's usually a max limit to how high you can go.

Advertised.  All you're doing is turning the speeds up higher than stock.  

 

Provided you can cool it properly and don't go crazy overboard on voltage, it's perfectly safe.
