Custom Loop White Coolant

So I'm building a custom loop and I was wondering how I get white coolant, do I buy white coolant or do I mix clear coolant with white dye? this is my first custom loop so I'm pretty clueless when it comes to liquids, anyone know a good brand for white coolant or good white dyes? 

 

I'm using EK Waterblocks X360 Extreme custom loop

 

I'm from UK, so has to be available in UK

 

Also, can someone explain why I need to use distilled water? does it have to be specific distilled water or any?

Get some mayhems coolant.

You can do both ways, I prefer premixed so that I don't need to worry about distilled water and measuring stuff.

Also check out their Ice Dragon nano white... solid product by most accounts, and good longevity. I've just bought some myself but not used yet.
