Case fan for exhaust

I need a case fan for my s340 case. It will be mounted on top side.

I also have 2 x 140mm cooltek fans for intake working at 900 rpm.

I have found a noctua 140mm fan at 900rpm that is very silent.

Should i go with it?

Ok thanks. ML-140 is way more expensive in my country.

The noctua i can buy it at 15 euros.

Now the question is: 900rpm or 1200rpm?

Be Quiet pure wings if your budget is less than $15. I personally wouldn't get Noctua because it would ruin my color scheme (not bashing the fan quality, just looks).
