The 750ti power consumption will be safer for your system if you don't know the make and model of your psu. Check the model, just to make sure.

I was trying to check but I opened the wrong side panel lmaoo

unless you can find out which psu you're using, i'd say take the 750ti, just to be safe.

https://world.taobao.com/item/27147376883.htm?spm=a312a.7700714.0.0.HUJ0na#detail rm245 after shipping to warehouse(still needs to be shipped to your location).

https://world.taobao.com/item/544484269647.htm?spm=a312a.7700714.0.0.UfhCtA#detail rm 404 after shipping to warehouse, make sure your psu can support this before getting it.

after shipping it'll be over budget but it's worth it.

I'd need to buya new one don't I.

your cd-key should still be reusable unless you change your motherboard, just download the 64-bit version of your current OS.

I'm pretty sure a third party installed the OS.

you can reinstall the OS. find your OS cd-key, then burn the iso files onto a usb drive and set your motherboard boot order to the usb drive first, then follow instructions given.

How many GB is the ISO file? I only have a 32 GB Kingston usb

Only a few gigabytes, enough for even an 8gb usb drive.

save more money, 400 to 500 would be a safer budget pc without cheapening out on all the parts. i suggest a new psu.

Yup. Never cheap out on a PSU, not unless you're getting a good PSU on a sale like 50% off or something similar.

And btw should I buy the graphics card first or CPU? I got a really good deal for a G4400 that I've always wanted

Graphics card first. As i told you, DON'T bother upgrading to another pentium, you WILL find better performance gains by going with an older i5/i7 instead while saving money from buying the motherboard.
