u dont need 32gb of memory 16gb will be fine plus you done need thermal compound.  your cpu cooler most likley comes with it on,  also i would recommend geting a different gpu maybe like the strix

Purely Gaming you can drop the i7 to i5, 32 GB Ram to 16, You also dont really need an after market Thermal paste cause the CPU cooler come with one preapplied, just make sure to not touch it. Dont get a Founders care, get an after market cooler GPU from any of the brand. I suggest MSI Gaming X but other are fine. Also your PSU is way over kill, even 600W should be more than enough for you.

You don't need 32GB for gaming. Don't get an FE card as there are better options out there

why go for a i7 if he can afford it, 32 gb of ram is also good if he can afford it. i rather have an overkill system for the future than a good system for now.

water cooling maybe? h7 performs well, but for such a high budget water cooling seems appropriate - nzxt kraken x62 or thermaltake riing 240/360 are great

Yeah, I actually ended up $320 under budget so those could go into a dank looking AIO and SLI 1070s
