Can I update BIOS if i buy new components?

Hi! I wonder what if i buy an Intel Pentium G4560 cpu + h110/h110m or b150/b150m motherboard. Will the computer boot? When i go to pcpartpicker.com and choose the components then it shows this message: Some Intel H110 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaby Lake-S CPUs.

Can i add this new cpu to the H110 motherboard and boot to BIOS to update it? I know that without cpu you can't go to the bios, but i'm not sure if you can even boot into the bios with this new cpu. Any suggestions?

Oh and, it also says it if i pair this cpu with an Z170 motherboard.

Every motherboard has a supported CPU list on the website of the manufacturer. There you can check if the CPU is supported with the BIOS version it is shipped with. Its quite possible it wont boot if it doesn't have the BIOS update. I had cases it boots but shows unknown CPU, but in some I had to get a different CPU only for the BIOS update.

If it has the wrong bios, it wont even work at all

You can check the website, or ask people who have the board

But I would take no risk and get B250
