need help hosting two pc clients off of one machine

me and my friend wanna play games, theirs no room for a 2nd pc + he doesn't have one and i my self have a beast that should be able to host it is it possible to host two pc clients off of one pc and be able to swap back to normal mode?

I've got a 2 gmaers one system setup at home for myself and my wife. I have a gtx 1070 and she a 1060. It works quite well. (build is in my sig)

 

it's just 2 windows 10 vms running via KVM on top of an ubuntu server host.

Build: Intel S2600gz, 2x E5-2670, EVGA SC 1070, Zotac 1060 6GB mini, 48GB Micron 1333mhz ECC DDR3, 2x Intel DPS-750XB 750 watt PSU

Buy 2nd GPU, install ESXI, and play.
