Is my display damaged?

Hello, about 2 months ago, I bought a Razer Blade Stealth. Since than I've seen a weird and annoying glare on my display. It kind of looks dirty. It is mostly only visible on white screens. Is it damaged or it is a way it is supposed to be ?

Its backlight bleeding. Its not suposed to be like this, but it depends on the product and the country you are in if it falls under warranty

I thought backlight bleeding was only on black background. On my laptop it is the other way around, black is great, but white looks like it has dust on it, no matter how many times I clean it.
