i had a debate with him on his mentality that having a 35000inr ($515) laptop doesn't necessarily solve all his problems like recent games and all his softwares like autocad, 3ds max, staad pro, ms project and revit architecture as i also have a laptop p077tx from hp and it does good performance only

I think you could build a pretty good computer for 35000, one that would beat the laptop. Does he play games? Or is it just a work computer?

So no need for powerful graphics for games then.

Tell him to get this for 35000

Core i5 6400 - 13850

Gigabyte H110 Motherboard - 4360

8GB Crucial RAM - 3822

Sandisk 120GB SSD - 3280

Western Digital 1TB HDD - 3499

Antec Basiq 350W PSU - 2085

Antec ATX Cabinet - 2799

Total: 33695 INR.

This desktop will beat any laptop at the same price for AutoCAD and similar. It doesn't have a graphics processor because it won't be used for games other than the android emulated games. If they want a gaming GPU, jump on this promotion for a GTX 960 for 8925 http://mdcomputers.in/index.php?route=product/product&path=86&product_id=6015
