weird hissing noise

i keep hearing a weird like high pitched hissing noise coming from my computer whenever i am in a character selection screen and sometimes in the game like lord of the rings online and DCUO, so i took my graphics card out the noise persisted,so i started taking out fans and trying them out individually, until i reached only the cpu and its heatsink and the noise stopped so i cant be the PSU and no cables can possible hit the fans so i am trying to figure out exactly what is causing this because there is nothing that should be causing it, the psu isnt making any noise the GPU isnt making any noise and the fans i have checked and they do not making any noise besides the air rushing in.

so i am confused at what the hell is going on as the psu doesnt make any noises at all when it is just the cpu and its heatsink, when i actually get int othe game i hear a slight buzz rather than a hissing noise and i am very frusterated as there is no clear indicator the noise is just simply there

The noise is caused by the chokes (small grey boxers) on the motherboard/graphics card vibrating at high frequency due to the current passing through (iirc). There's not really much to stop it from happening, however... but it's not harmful.

did you not read the post though? i have taken things out to isolate it and nothing makes the sound but when everything is in there together oh look i hear it again but when i take the graphics card, and all the fans out the sound is gone, when i leave just the graphics card in there and no other fans the sound is gone i put each individual fan in there no sound but whe nall the fans are in there i hear it again it doesnt make sense

actually i tried limiting framrate to try it using AMD relive software, nothing i do hear a slight buzz but i think that is from my heatsink,but limiting frame rate i dont hear it anymore
