Budget VGA GPU

what dose it need to do? if basically nothing then go on the used market after passivly cooled low end AMD and NVIDIA from the mid 2000s, i have a passive cooled 8800GT for exapmple, great display adapter lol

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

ok what API does that run on? you cant get a £10 GPU that does DX12 lol. if its DX10 or OpenGL you should be good with anything you pick up though. i would go to the used market and see what the cheapest thing you can get is
