Working PC for my Parents

Because i am only good at building decent gaming pc´s i dont know which parts are good for a working pc.

 

I allready have some of the parts :

-1151 AsRock mini ATX Mainboard (dont have the name right now)

-Corshair Spec 01 Case

-Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Cpu cooler

 

Im planing to get:

-8gb ddr4 / maby ddr3 memory 

-400watt psu

-128ssd + 1tb hdd

 

I choosed to dont buy them a GPU since they only work on it. Thats why i need a CPU with a decent gpu unity in it.

Can you recommend any budget 1151 CPUs. The dont do any heavy  tasks  - the PC should just run smooth and fast.

Any other recommendations ?

For browsing, i would get a Pentium G4560 and 8-16GB of RAM (Don't use DDR3).

If they don't have a huge need for mass storage, I'd get a 240-500GB single SSD to make things less complicated for them, any current gen pentium, 4gb of ram and a case that doesn't scream gamer meme.

i3 6100 or pentium g4400 would be the budget choice

i5 6400 or 6500 would be fine
