PC - NZXT H510 Elite, Ryzen 5600, 16GB DDR3200 2x8GB, EVGA 3070 FTW3 Ultra, Asus VG278HQ 165hz,

 

Mac - 1.4ghz i5, 4GB DDR3 1600mhz, Intel HD 5000.  x2

Have you run the usual malware/virus scans?

 

Your choice of AV product (defender etc) Malwarebytes followed by the single scan of Hitman Pro ( free) then ADWcleaner.

What USB ports do you have the keyboard and mouse plugged into? I had this problem, for a bit, switching around the connections worked for me. If the Ports are usb 3.0, make sure you have your motherboards usb 3 driver installed.

i plug my keyboard and mouse into USB3.0 ports,and i installed the driver
