My Experience with the HUE+

Pros: Great Customer Support!

 

Cons: A ton...

 

 

 

Alright so this is funny. I recently Overhauled my build. New case, and RGB. I went with the Hue+ since I have noticed good things about it. Many regerts..... So far I have been dealing with NZXT Customer Support, which they are very helpful and they are doing there best. So here is my issue, I installed my Hue+ and CAM. I do not see the Hue+ in the cam tabs, in fact I manage to get lighting tab but nothing under it. I have done EVERYTHING from uninstalling through device manager, rolling back the software, using different USB 2.0 cables for mobo and even using a micro usb cable that plugs back in behind the I/O. Nothing works thus far. I roll back to CAM V3.2.04 as the NZXT rep suggested and guess what! I now Have the Kraken in the lighting tab except last time I check I did not have one and only had the Hue+. If anyone knows what else to do BESIDES RMA because evidently NZXT customer support thinks it is not a hardware issue, let me know!

Check Device Manager and see if it detects anything under HID, USB, etc. You may have to show hidden devices.

yeah its unknown device failed to install crap. I already uninstalled it and reinstalled it before and does nothing.
