do blue lights hurt you in the long run?

i just replaced my bedroom lights with these blue led lightbulbs and i'm wondering if they'll do any permanent long term damage if i keep em

Eye strain concerns aside, maybe you should get decent LED bulbs which put out a white light instead.....

White light emits more blue light than blue does. Because Science.

White light is also more balanced. But the point I was trying to make is that a blue led will make your room look blue and shitty.

White lights are much better (see above). Try a lower wattage bulb. 

 

You neither want yellow nor blue light as they result in innaccurate colors of everything in the room.

Where the heck did you get that from?

Do you know how LEDs work?

They are actually all blue, the phosphor takes most of that blue and turns it into other frequencies like red and green and everything in between to form white.

bedroom lol and i only turn them on at night, sort of like night moodlights

Blue light stimulates your brain. Not good as an alarm clock or driving dash lights.
