Can i run GTA V

Hi, i have a super budget $70 Gaming box

And i was wondering what to expect from GTA at 720p or even 1080p

Specs

CPU:

Core 2 duo E4400

2.00Ghz

Dual core

2MB cache

Ram

4GB DDR2 (will upgrade to 8GB soon)

GPU

GT730 2GB DDR3

This guy is running it at 768p low with a worse graphics card and his CPU is still maxing at 100% with 20fps. I'm going to say no, unless 20fps with dips to <10 fps is playable to you.

If you upgrade your CPU you'll probably be good even with a GT730, as long as you play 720p or lower. better to get an rx460.

Doesnt the recording software slow down the computer?

i cant figure out how to phrase that better

Yes, but you'd still get drops. Probably + 5-10 fps without recording depending on what he used to capture

upgrade that processor and yes definitely my home theater rig is sporting a i3 with a old radeon hd 5770 i had lying around and i get 60fps @ 720 or 30 fps at 1080p.

For that price i would try to find a used Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 and try to upgrade that ram to 8gb.
