I would take Intel build.

But can you wait a month or two more? AMD is releasing Ryzen soon and you could get better CPU for that money.

Unless you already own the psu, get something a little less high-end and lower capacity. PCPartPicker estimates the max draw of the Intel at less than 300W. Consider something like  SeaSonic SSR-450RM.

 

DDR3 Vengeance Pro memory modules are not an optimal choice when using a Hyper 212 EVO cpu cooler. I would suggest picking modules that are 32mm tall or lower. 

 

Have you verified that the 159mm tall Hyper 212 EVO will fit in the case?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
