Fan speed?

So I got some cheap fans off amazon a while back (like 5 or 10 bucks for 2) and they pull alot of air, but the only problem is that they are kinda loud, so can I change their speed somehow? They are 3 pin so they arent PWM.

Try to use speedfan. I'm using it for my 3pin fans and it works great.

But those fans are connected on 4pin adapter, so that's maybe why I can control speed of those fans.

you can control them via Speedfan. your fans aren't PWM but they're 3-pin so they can be controlled with voltage if your motherboard's headers allow it.

I have speedfan but I dont understand how to do it, the only fan that ever changes is the GPU fan.

That shouldn't happen as Speedfan is meant for mobo fan control, not GPU. Mine doesn't even read GPU fan speed.

Are you sure? Cause when I put it up I hear the GPU become a jet engine.

Screenshot? Might be that you have GPU which is supported. I only see my case/CPU fans listed in Speedfan. I handle GPU with Afterburner.
