its cheap, high tier and the systems draws alot of power also you guys were right about the mobo, i changed it out for a different one, the old one didnt support the gpu

A workstation implies a human doing interactive work, it's very unusual to have so much load on the machine that you can't background, (rendering, CAD/CAM, physics simulations, and even then depends on the software) are you sure your workloads are CPU bound and that they multithread well?
