Turned my parents desktop on to only seeing the 1Tb mechanical drive showing up, followed by the message "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media.........blah blah blah"

So so I disconnected 1Tb mechanical and an external HDD leaving only the 120gb SSD with Windows connected.

The SSD now shows up before show the same message listed above.

Reboot Ctrl+M

Topology shows the Samsung 850

Port ID : 0

Pd ID : 0

Status : Unconfigured

Size : 114473Mb

Feature Support : NCQ 6G 48BITS

were there multiple partition on the SSD? Do you have a device to connect the SSD to to inspect/view it?
