Thunderbolt 2, DP 1.2 and 3440x1440 60Hz

Hi,

Im planning to buy a 3440x1440 ultrawide. I've got a Macbook Pro late 2015 which has thunderbolt 2 ports. Can they run the monitor at 60 Hz?
Also is there any better offer at €800-900 than the LG 34uc98-w? (sits around €830 in BE)

Display Port (which is what Thunderbolt uses as a display output) could run 4K at 60Hz since 2009.
