So, I am getting a custom built PC as a late Christmas/Birthday present (my birthday is 12/23). And what the PC has in it right now is an AMD A8 5500 APU, 8gb of DDR3 RAM, and a 500gb HDD. I haven't been told what the PSU is yet, but I assume it's at least 400w-500w, because the person building it said it would be able to upgrade to new parts for the next few years. What I want to know is if a GTX 950 is compatible enough with the AMD A8 5500 so that it won't bottleneck much. If you need to know, the motherboard uses an FM2 socket and an AMD Chipset.

Id get a 1050 or a rx 460, same price and faster

I was originally going to get a GTX 1050ti, but I thought I'd go down to a GTX 950 to reduce the amount of bottleneck from the APU. I'll check the price on the RX 460, but if it's over $150, I probably won't get it.
