He is right that the GTX 1080 does have 10-bit.

No only now with Pascal.
other cards have to be Quadro or FirePro

I make Rainmeter things and other art :D

Only with directX. With opengl you still 8bit unless you buy quadro. So programs like photoshop, MAX, maya, autocad are still going to be 8 bit

Wait 3ds max and Photoshop are the apps I care about. How in the world would those programs get 10 bit?
